Matt Tullos has been interpreting the truth of the Gospel to youth and adults through preaching, teaching, writing, drama and seminar presentations for over 25 years. He came to BBC as Interim Pastor in 2006 and was called as Full-time Pastor in January 2008. A dynamic speaker with a passion for the Great Commission, Matt says "God has called me to be an active participant in the warfare of grace rather than a spectator in the warfare of religion."

He has served in five churches in the role of Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor and Pastor. A writer at heart, Matt's works have been widely published. Matt and his wife Darlene are both graduates of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Wendy is a Hendersonville native and grew up at BBC. She graduated from WKU with a degree in Interior Design. After working in Design for 10 years, Wendy was called into ministry in Fall of 2006 and blesses us with her gifts of leadership and administration, as well as her heart for ministry. Wendy also leads classes for women at the Sumner County Jail. Her passion and joy is seeing people grow in their relationship with Christ.

Family: Hilarious Husband Stacy, Daughters Sally & Shelby

Josh was called to BBC in Fall of 2008 as our minister of students. He is passionate about walking with them on their faith journey through all of the ups and downs that they encounter.  Josh is a graduate of Samford University and earned a Masters of Divinity from Beeson Divinity School. 

Josh has a passion for reading, watching movies and eating over-sized food.  If you ever need someone to help you eat a 30-inch pizza, give him a call.

Loren is the newest addition to our full-time ministry staff. After working as our WEE Director for 4 years, she was called into full-time ministry in Summer of 2010. Loren's calling into ministry was born of a desire to help young families as they struggle with marriage, parenting, and spirituality. Loren grew up in Hendersonville and has a degree in Child and Family Science from Tennessee Tech University. Her passion is connecting kids to a personal relationship with Christ that will grow their whole lives. Her testimony includes struggles, imperfection, and an amazing God that uses it all for His glory.

Loren enjoys reading, fancy coffee, watching TV (I know you are not supposed to admit that, but it is true...), and spending time with her boys, family, and old friends.

Ron is a worshiper in the truest sense. Dynamic, spirit-filled, and sincere, Ron came to BBC in Fall of 2008. Called to music ministry as a young man, Ron will freely tell you that he strayed in the ways of the world. Ron says "It took nearly 15 years before I began finding my way back to my Lord. Music is my passion and ministry in song is my calling. God takes a broken man and makes something that He can use if we'll let Him." Ron has been in the ministry now for 15 years. 

Family: Right-Hand Wife Tina, Sons Jeremy (and daughter-in-law Juliana) and Ronnie. soon to be a grandparent to Baby Ellie!

Ron enjoys any thrill seeker sport! RC airplanes, Jeeps, motorcycles, I want to get my pilot's license before I'm too old, and of course music.
